: None of the Directors and General Managers of the Institute can be shareholders in any contract or lease with the Institute. However, every director or general manager, as soon as he becomes aware of any contract lease given or proposed to be taken by the corporation, or any contract lease proposed to be taken or proposed to be taken by any subsidiary body of the corporation and submitted for the consideration of the board of directors, is directly or indirectly related to him. It should be presented in the meeting of the committee. The fact that it has been submitted will be noted in the minute book and the concerned director will not be allowed to participate in any discussion or decision in the committee about the contract lease.
